Processing Time
Bearcat Jewelry pieces are handmade. Custom and made-to-order items require additional production time because each piece is made individually.
Please check the product description for item-specific details. The average processing time for custom or made-to-order pieces is 3–5 weeks before shipment.
Processing time does not include shipping time.
Shipping Location
All orders are shipped from Thailand.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Bearcat Jewelry offers free worldwide standard shipping on eligible orders. Standard international shipping is already included in the product price unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is free worldwide and includes tracking.
Estimated delivery time is usually 10–30 days after dispatch, depending on the destination country, customs processing, carrier workload, holidays, and local postal service.
Express Shipping
Express shipping may be available after entering your shipping address at checkout.
Estimated delivery time is usually 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country, courier service, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors outside our control.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries. However, shipping availability may depend on postal service restrictions, courier limitations, customs rules, or temporary delivery suspensions in the destination country.
Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
Customs rules vary by country.
For orders shipped to the United States, Bearcat Jewelry may cover or include certain U.S. tariff-related import charges for standard shipping when these charges are handled through our shipping method or carrier arrangement. This applies only where such charges can be prepaid or included through the shipping service.
For countries outside the United States, local VAT, customs duties, import taxes, carrier handling fees, brokerage fees, or other local charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are set by local authorities or carriers and are the buyer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
Express shipping may be processed differently from standard shipping, and customs duties, taxes, or carrier fees may be charged separately depending on the courier and destination country.
Bearcat Jewelry cannot control customs decisions, local tax rules, import restrictions, or additional fees charged by local authorities or delivery carriers.
If your country has specific import rules, restrictions, or tax requirements, please check them before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier or local postal service.
Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after dispatch, especially for international shipments.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
Bearcat Jewelry is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or lost parcels caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update it before the order is shipped.
Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may happen due to customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, postal service disruptions, remote-area delivery, or other factors outside our control.
Bearcat Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or local delivery services. However, if your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will help check the tracking information and available options.
Unclaimed or Refused Packages
If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, refused, or because local customs fees, duties, taxes, or carrier charges were not paid, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping costs, reshipping costs, and any additional fees charged by the carrier.
If the order can be reshipped, we will contact you to arrange the next steps.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the item, and photos of the packaging. We will review the situation and help resolve the issue.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We may ask you to also contact the shipping carrier or local postal service. If the carrier confirms that the parcel is lost, we will work with you on the best available solution.
Bearcat Jewelry is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but missing from the delivery address. In this case, please contact your local carrier or postal service first, then contact us if further assistance is needed.
