I initially saw a video of the piece I bought on Threads and immediately knew I had to have it. I ran to the website and purchased what I thought was the right piece. I left a comment on the thread that I just purchased, and very quickly received a reply that what I had purchased was a differently cut stone. I was asked if I wanted to switch the order to the one in the video and confirmed that I did, liking the faceted stone. The exchange was quick, easy, and professional.
