Custom crafted piece

Bats combine an unmistakable silhouette with extraordinary natural engineering. In this sterling silver necklace, their wings stretch across elongated fingers, creating a form that feels both powerful and precise.

The extended wings give the piece a strong sculptural presence, while the folded membranes and fine structural lines create shifting areas of light and shadow. A faceted Ethiopian opal sits at the center of the form.

Available as a pendant only or with a sterling silver chain — 45 cm (17.7 inches) + 10 cm (4 inches) extender. Please select your preferred option.

This necklace will feature a natural faceted Ethiopian opal. As each gemstone varies in color, pattern, and flash, I will select one that complements the design beautifully.

Sterling silver naturally tarnishes (darkens) over time. The speed of this process depends on storage conditions, humidity, and exposure to chemicals.

To maintain its shine, clean the piece regularly with a silver polishing cloth. For detailed areas, fold the cloth into a point and gently buff the desired sections.
