Its sculpted organic form reflects natural structures. The textured surface and the gemstone interact with light, giving each piece a subtle yet distinct presence.

How it works

The first image shows the base Spider design in sterling silver. 

The following images feature individual labradorite gemstones currently available for this piece. Choose the stone that resonates with you. We will carefully create the necklace specifically for you using that selected gem. Each piece is crafted to order, shaped around your chosen stone, and finished with care and intention.

Gem

Natural labradorite

All stones are approximately 8 × 12 mm in size, but each one is unique in tone, pattern, light play, and surface micro-fissures. The stones shown are the exact ones available for selection.

All labradorites show directional colour play. The video on the last slide gives a clearer impression of how each stone responds to light.

Processing time

Usually 5-6 weeks. This piece will be handcrafted especially for you in the design shown, using your chosen stone.

Spider symbolism

The spider is a very complex symbol. It represents both creation and
destruction, embodying the balance between patience, skill and the power
of transformation. A Spider necklace can become a tiny vessel of
meaning for those who embrace their creativity and seek harmony.

Handcrafted sterling silver with a smoky finish.

Chain

Thin sterling silver chain is available separately upon request ($35), standard length 45 cm + 10 cm extender (18 inches + 4 inches extender). Please let us know if you require another chain length.

Silver care

Sterling silver naturally tarnishes (darkens) over time. The speed of
this process depends on storage conditions, humidity, and exposure to
chemicals.

To maintain its shine, clean the piece regularly with a silver
polishing cloth. For detailed areas, fold the cloth into a point and
gently buff the desired sections.
